Artist, musicians and gourmets flocked to the Boulevard of Saenz Pena in Buenos Aires on Saturday with their favorite works to celebrate the Night of Arts.
"People want to know about the kitchen, find something interesting and explore the possibility of art works collection. They look happy when they have the opportunity to do it," said Andrea Degiovanni, founder of the annual event which has enjoyed much popularity among the local people for years.
The smell of home-made sausages became mixed up with that of the oil paintings, highlighting the purpose of the community party: to enjoy, connect and learn.
Sao far, curious foreign visitors were attracted here to feel the style of the locality and even exchange experience with the participating residents.
"We are working in a very united way and get connected through optimism and creativity to live a real party," said Andrea Degiovanni.
More than 100 artists and 30 chefs took part in the neighborhood carnival to showcase their painting, musical or culinary masterpieces.
